Skyline Technologies' Associates Get Involved in Project Management Institute (PMI)

Green Bay, WI - Skyline Technologies Inc., Green Bay, is pleased to announce the election of several of associates into leadership positions with the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Congratulations to Bud Kane in his recent assignment as President-Elect of the local chapter of PMI. Bud will serve a 3 year term in leadership as President-Elect for one year, President the following year, and Past President for the third year. In this role, Bud is responsible for focusing on further defining chapter objectives and initiatives. Bud will be working on creating a strategy and marketing plan to continue building chapter membership, offerings, and PMI awareness in the area. Bud will also be representing the local PMI chapter at the PMI National Leadership Conference in Atlanta this October.

Congratulations to Julie Spagnoletti as she was recently elected as the Director of Web Development of the local chapter of PMI. Julie's primary responsibility in this role is for coordinating and updating information on the PMI local chapter's internet. This involves several functions such as collecting, and editing text for web content; directing graphic artists; and interfacing with advertisers with the emphasis on electronic communications. She will direct the creation and maintenance of the Northeast Wisconsin Chapter website by publishing internet advertisements and job postings, maintaining the calendar of events, and soliciting sponsors and advertisements.

Kathy Brewer, also a Skyline associate, has volunteered to be the Director of Professional Development Days for the local PMI chapter. Kathy will be responsible for coordinating all activities relating to development and execution of the yearly Chapter Professional Development Days which will be held in the spring of 2008.
