Bridget DeGroot
Human Resources Manager
Bridget joined the Skyline family in January of 2008 as the Human Resource Manager. Her main focus is preserving the overall Skyline culture through HR functions such as total rewards, associate retention, overseeing the recruitment of quality individuals, associate development, and more.
Prior to joining Skyline, she supported the HR function of other local businesses working in a variety of climates including retail and global manufacturing.
Bridget holds a Bachelor’s Degree in interpersonal communication from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
