She is a Certified Business Analysis Profession (CBAP) a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with over 15 years of IT experience in business analysis, six sigma, human factors, quality assurance, and training & development.
Jen is passionate about advancing the use of Agile in the IT industry by showing the value Business Analysts bring to a scrum team.
