She has 10+ years of BA experience, having served clients in a variety of industries including financial, retail, health care, and manufacturing. Rachael holds multiple Business Analysis and Agile certifications including: CBAP® (IIBA), PBA (PMI), PSM (scrum.org), and CSM (Scrum Alliance). She also serves as first chair on the advisory committee for the Business Analysis program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and is a member of the advisory committee for the Graphic Design & Software Program at Lakeshore Technical College.
