Our very own Rachael Wilterdink is giving two presentations at the January NEW IIBA leadership meeting and regular meeting.

Her first presentation, “Moving from Traditional Management to Agile Leadership”, is for the leadership session from 4:00 - 5:30 PM. (See meeting details)

Her second presentation,"Agile Transformation Pain Points (and how to avoid or manage them)”, is for the regular meeting from 5:30 - 8:00 PM. (This talk is also the topic of her popular free eBook by the same name.) (See meeting details)
