Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF) Training
This training is intended for individuals and teams wanting to experience the Scrum approach to work. The two day in-person class introduces the mechanics of Scrum and provides insights into complex, team-based collaboration and self-organization, the essential elements in mastering Scrum. Students will experience how the Scrum framework improves product development efforts.
With an emphasis on practical application, the course exposes common missteps, increases the awareness of the associated symptoms, and provides prescriptive guidance to avoid going off track.

Assessment and Certification:
- Individuals with no prior exposure to scrum
- Individuals with prior Scrum experience requiring a refresher
The Professional Scrum Foundations course provides foundational knowledge of Scrum and prepares students to the take the Professional Scrum Master level I assessment (PSM I).
As part of the course, participants receive access to he Professional Scrum Master level I assessment (PSM I). Participants that pass the assessment will be added to a public list of certificate holders that is maintained by Scrum.org.
In addition, Microsoft® uses the PSM I assessment to validate knowledge as part of its Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) competencies.
Future Class Offerings:
Skyline will offer training four times annually at a variety of locations throughout Wisconsin. Notifications of dates and times will be published 12 weeks in advance of each course.
